When life finally gave me space to follow my calling, I realised how much I’d changed, and how much we all have the power to change. During a course called Project Me, I discovered that up to 95% of what we do is driven by the subconscious mind, crazy, right?. That insight fascinated me and opened the door to the world of neuroscience and hypnotherapy, where lasting change truly begins.
Today, I combine the empathy and honesty of counselling with the forward focus of Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy. My work is about helping you see your own strengths, reframe the patterns that hold you back, and move confidently towards the life you deserve.
Because I’ve been on that journey myself, from uncertainty to clarity, from stress to calm, I know that change is not only possible, it’s within reach. And it starts with one decision: to begin.
I’m Julie Callow, a qualified hypnotherapist and counsellor based in Sutton Coldfield and Aldridge. I offer practical, solution-focused hypnotherapy.
My counselling journey began more than 15 years ago at Birmingham Counselling Centre, where I completed Levels 1–5 before updating my Diploma at Maple Leaf to explore new therapeutic approaches. But my path into therapy really deepened later in life, after raising my family and running my own café business.
