I’m Julie Callow, a registered therapist with over six years of experience and a genuine passion for helping people rediscover their calm, confidence and sense of purpose.
My counselling journey began more than 15 years ago at Birmingham Counselling Centre, where I completed Levels 1–5 before updating my Diploma at Maple Leaf to explore new therapeutic approaches. But my path into therapy really deepened later in life…

Cost: £80 per session
Format: In-person or online (Zoom)
Cancellation policy: 24-hour notice required or full fee applies
Payment: Bank transfer or card, due 24 hours before the session
Package options are available for specific issues. For example Smoking Cessation packages start at £300. For other packages, please ask at your initial consultation.
